Fuel Vape launched in 2017 with a range of tasty nostalgic flavours. They needed an identity that would make them stand proud in a market that was heavily saturated due to rapid rise in e-cigarette smokers.

Fuel the Vape
After our initial meeting with the Fuel Vape team, we devised that a new e-liquid brand needed to be subtle and not shouting on the shelves. Through our research, we noticed a-lot of new designs that were very loud and fighting for attention. Due to this, we didn’t want to design a brand that was over the top and would be easily forgotten.
By looking at the advertising avenues they had available to them, flyers and posters seem the best route. Vape shops seemed like the ideal spot to target their market. In our research, we compiled that most Vapers are looking for flavours that would remind them of the good moments in their life. Because of this, they will pick a product that also looks appealing to them. As a result, this is what we used to fuel the design thinking for the flyers and print materials.
